Worst hair cut ever.

I’d already gone to this salon once with a Groupon deal to try their fancy services and did not like the girl who had the worst hair and attitude. I ended up stopping her before she started cutting and told her to just blow dry it so i could leave. She was not surprised at this request and I was able to leave early. Though while leaving the owner stopped me and asked how it was. I told him everything that had gone wrong including that I felt like I’d been given a half rate hair dresser because I was paying less with my groupon, also telling him how backwards that is since I’m trying out the service to hopefully come back, which I didn’t plan on doing now. He decided to make it up to me by redoing my hair himself. Hair cut by the fancy shop owner who’s trying to make me feel better about his place? Hell ya.

So I returned 2 weeks later and I don’t think he even remembered me. I was not treated very nice, and during our consult at the beginning I requested that he clean up my side bangs and told him that my hair was naturally big but I wear it straight because I hate volume, but requested that after we have it straight again maybe he could show me some playful things I can do. He seemed to understand everything i said…

But then he split my hair down the middle, (I wear it to the side) and proceeded to cut my hair, that made me think it was weird to start with because it would be uneven. But then he pulled my bangs and more hair infront of my face and cut straight across. After taking a round brush and blow dryer to my new blunt bangs I was stunned into silence. I wanted to have faith in the fancy shop owner that maybe he was going to give me a great new do that I wouldn’t do myself. But once again he continued to disappoint me as he made my hair bigger than I’ve ever seen it.

It was shortly after this that I had to stop him and explain that it wasn’t going as we had discussed. He argued that he was doing exactly as we had talked and when I started to get upset and asked him to wash it out so i could just leave he stood there shocked, which is where he stayed frozen while I progressed in quite the frenzy trying to get him to listen to me. When he didn’t I took it into my own hands and fixed my hair the best i could while ranting about the supposed $135 hair cut I was supposed to get. I ended with quite the scene with everyones attention and left while cramming a hat on my head.

Groupon gave me back my money, which is good because I had to go get my hair fixed and I’m just trying to review the Beauté Légère in Vancouver where I can.
